By accessing or using Tora Is Me (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tora Is Me provides access to scripts and tools intended for use within the Roblox platform. Access is granted via temporary keys. The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

3. No Affiliation with Roblox

Important: Tora Is Me is not affiliated, associated, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, its products, or its services. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All scripts and tools provided are original creations and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use keys or scripts for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purpose
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with the key generation system
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of my systems
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or any form of automation to generate keys
  • Sell, trade, or redistribute keys or scripts obtained through the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that violates Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in permanent ban from the Service and notification to relevant authorities if illegal activity is detected.

5. Key Generation and Usage

  • Each key is temporary and expires automatically after 5 minutes
  • Keys are for single use only and cannot be recovered if lost
  • The Service limits key generation to once every 5 minutes per user to ensure fair access
  • We reserve the right to modify key generation limits at any time

6. Script Ownership and Authorship

Important: Tora Is Me is not the owner, author, or original creator of the scripts made available through the Service. Scripts are published and aggregated for the community for educational and entertainment purposes only.

All rights, including intellectual property rights, to each script remain with their respective original authors and owners. Where applicable, credit is given to the original author. The Service acts solely as a platform that provides access to these scripts and does not claim ownership of them.

If you are the rightful owner of a script and wish to have it removed, modified, or properly credited, please contact us via the Contact page and we will respond promptly (see our DMCA section).

7. Scripts Provided

To the best of my knowledge, the scripts provided through the Service are intended to be used in accordance with Roblox's Terms of Service. The scripts are not knowingly published to:

  • Inject malicious code or malware
  • Collect personal data without consent
  • Violate intellectual property rights

Because the scripts are not authored by me, I cannot fully guarantee their behavior. You use them entirely at your own risk. If you believe any script violates these standards or your rights, please contact us immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

The website design, layout, and original text on Tora Is Me are the property of Tora Is Me. The scripts themselves are not the property of Tora Is Me and remain the intellectual property of their respective original authors.

Any license to use a given script is granted by, and subject to, the terms of its original author. Tora Is Me grants no ownership rights over the scripts and does not authorize redistribution beyond what each script's original author permits.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or functionality of the Service. Scripts are provided for educational purposes and should be used at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tora Is Me and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Account issues on Roblox or third-party platforms
  • Loss of data or access to scripts
  • Technical failures or downtime
  • Any actions taken by Roblox Corporation against your account

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tora Is Me from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at my sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
